Thomas was previously Senior Vice President of Sales at The Midland Company/American Modern Insurance Group, where he began his career in financial services as an Agency Services Manager. He also served as Insurance Manager for M/G Transport Services Inc. and General Manager of CS Crable Sportswear.

Rob is a life long resident of Greater Cincinnati and currently resides in Fort Thomas, KY with his wife Kelli and their three children Austin, Kirsten, and Kassidy. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and has been involved in insurance for over 10 years.
